You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal, state, and local courts located within the State of Arizona, County of Pima. We reserve the right to terminate your access to and ability to use the Site (or any portion thereof), at any time (with or without notice). If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
